We have a private CCTV outdoor car parking inside the property (reservation is needed and costs EUR 30,00 per day). Please, communicate your number plate and arrival time in advance, in order to obtain a temporary permit to access the area (ZTL).
Should you need it, we can provide for you our private transfer service to pick you up at the airport for the price of EUR 57.00 (max 3 people + luggage), or EUR 77.00 (max 7 people + luggage) to be paid in cash directly to the driver.
If you want to book a pick-up service by private car, please provide:
· flight details
· number of passengers
· a mobile phone number
· advice if you travel with much luggage
· when travelling, please, advice us in case of flight delay
The return to the airport will be EUR 50,00 (car) or EUR 75.00 (van) and can be confirmed during your stay.

If you want to arrive from the airport using public transport you can take either the train or a shuttle bus to Termini station and from there you can take one of these bus lines: 40 or 64 or 70, and stop at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. From there cross Campo de fiori square and Farnese square, the hotel will be on a tiny street on the side of the French embassy, the exact address is via del Mascherone 59.

Check-in time is normally from 01:00 pm to 1:00 am. Please, advice us in case of late arrival.

If you’re thinking of doing a tour, we can help you with that as well. The private tour will be on a nice sedan car with a driver who will also be your guide. He will bring you to the main attractions around the city or wherever you will request.
The price is EUR 50,00 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours, it’s a very good option for the last day of your stay, so you can optimise and see what you still haven’t.
We can offer also group tours as well, with or without the pick up at the hotel.

What is a Pre-Authorization?
The pre-authorization is temporary lock of a specific amount on the credit card. It will be deducted from the card limit, and it does not generate any movement on the bank account, so it is not a charge.
How much is the amount of a pre-authorization?
The amount usually is equal to the penalty shown in the cancellation policy.
What happens upon check out?
Generally the hotel collects the total amount of the stay as per agreements of reservation. After the payment, the reception staff will cancel the pre-authorization.
The cancellation can be done automatically?
Yes, the Pre-Authorization has a maximum duration of twenty-one days.
After how much time the sum locked can be available again?
It usually takes seventy-two hours from the time of the cancellation.
Since the reinstatement of the blocked amount may take a few days according to various lenders, our staff recommends to request the closure of the pre-authorization at the payment. It will be turned from a temporary hold in a definitive charge, to avoid later misunderstandings.
