Does the hotel have a lift and services suitable for people with disabilities?
Yes, all the rooms of the Hotel Residenza In Farnese can be reached by lift, and the services of our hotel have been designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

What time is the breakfast served?
Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 and it is always included in the room rate.

Does the Hotel Residenza In Farnese have internet connection?
The free Wi-Fi service is available in all public and private areas of the property.

Does the hotel also offer baby cots?
Yes, the cot is available on request.

Does the hotel have meeting rooms?
Yes, this very central hotel offers its guests a large meeting room that can accommodate up to 100 people theater style and with internet connection.

Does the hotel have an internal parking?
The Hotel has an uncovered and video-monitored car park. The reservation is required at a cost of EUR 30.00 per day.  Seat reservation is mandatory, as parking spaces are limited. 

Does the hotel provide the guests with the permission to access the ZTL with its own car?
Upon request, we provide our guests with the permission to access the ZTL, having previously communicated the car plate number to the hotel. With the exception of all vehicles registered as trucks, as current legislation requires that the aforementioned category of vehicle exclusively transport goods.

Is it possible to book a private transfer to and from the airport?
A private transport service (ncc) from the airport to the hotel is available on request, from the airport to the hotel at a cost of 67€ (max 3 people + luggage ) and 87€ (max 8 pax + luggage). If you wish to book, please provide us with: flight details number of passengers telephone number (mobile) possible indication of a large number of bags notice in case of flight delay.

Return to the airport can be confirmed during your stay at a cost of €50 (car) or €75 (van).
The night supplement is €10.00 for calls between 8pm and midnight and from 4.30 am to 6.00 am. The night supplement is € 28.00 from midnight to 4.30 am.

Is there a left-luggage storage at the hotel?
The luggage of departing or arriving customers can be stored in our luggage storage.

What time is the Reception open?
The reception is open 24 hours a day, but during the night the hotel entrance door remains closed for security reasons, so please ring the bell.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm (only for the official website guests). In case you arrive at the hotel earlier and the room is not available, our luggage storage is available. Check-out must be done by 11:00.

What hygiene and safety measures are the hotel following?
The Staff of the Hotel Residenza In Farnese received careful training on the adoption of the new hygiene and sanitation protocols for the prevention from Covid19.

• Sanitizing hand gel dispensing stations have been placed in various points of the hotel.
• The Reception is equipped with protective screens.
• In the common areas of the hotel it is currently necessary to wear a mask.
• Upon arrival, your body temperature will be measured with infrared thermometers (we inform you that in case of temperature ≥ 37.5 ° the access to the hotel may be denied.
• The linen is treated with careful washing, packaging and antibacterial transport processes.

Do the rooms have a safe?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a safe. The key must be requested directly at the reception (the deposit is €20).

Are there non-smoking rooms?
The common areas of the hotel are all non-smoking, as required by the legislation of the Italian Republic. All the rooms are non-smoking.

Does the hotel have a terrace?
Yes, the wonderful hotel terrace is open from early morning to evening during spring and autumn, while in winter it opens on request only, when weather conditions allow it. It is forbidden to introduce and consume food purchased outside the hotel.

Does the hotel have a bar?
Of course it does. Our Lounge Bar is open every day from 7am to 2,30pm and from 5pm to 9pm.

Do you organize special tours?
Organize tours Yes sure. There is a sedan with driver who will also be your guide for visiting the major attractions of the city or can accompany you to any place you wish. The price is 50€ per hour for a minimum of 3 hours: a good option for the last day of your stay. We organize group tours as well, with or without hotel pickup. See our suggestions here
