Pre-Autorización

Qué es Pre-Autorización? 
La pre-autorización es un bloqueo temporal de una cantidad específica en la tarjeta de crédito. Será deducida del límite de la tarjeta, y no genera ningún movimiento en la cuenta bancaria, por lo que no es un costo en sí.
 

Qué cantidad representa la pre-autorización?
La cantidad es usualmente equivalente a la penalización indicada en la política de cancelación.
 

Qué sucede al momento de abandonar el hotel?
Generalmente el hotel recolecta la cantidad total de la estancia de acuerdo con los arreglos de la reservación. Después del pago, el personal de recepción cancela la pre-autorización.
 

Se puede realizar la cancelación de manera automática? 
Si, la Pre-Autorización tiene un período máximo de veintiún días.
 

Después de cuánto tiempo estará disponible otra vez la cantidad bloqueada?
Usualmente toma setenta y dos horas desde el momento de la cancelación.

TRAVEL
General information
We have a private CCTV outdoor car parking inside the property (reservation is needed and costs EUR 30,00 per day). 
Should you need it, we can provide for you our private transfer service to pick you up at the airport for the price of EUR 67.00 (max 3 people + luggage), or EUR 87.00 (max 8 people + luggage) to be paid in cash directly to the driver.

If you want to book a pick-up service by private car, please provide:
· flight details
· number of passengers
· a mobile phone number
· advice if you travel with much luggage
· when travelling, please, advice us in case of flight delay

The return to the airport will be EUR 50,00 (car) or EUR 75.00 (van) and can be confirmed during your stay.

The night supplement is €10.00 for calls between 8pm and midnight and from 4.30 am to 6.00 am. The night supplement is € 28.00 from midnight to 4.30 am.

If you want to arrive from the airport using public transport you can take either the train or a shuttle bus to Termini station and from there you can take one of these bus lines: 40 or 64 or 70, and stop at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. From there cross Campo de fiori square and Farnese square, the hotel will be on a tiny street on the side of the French embassy, the exact address is via del Mascherone 59.

FACILITIES

Braeakfast (from 7:30 am – 10:00 am) is included in your rate.
Let us know in advance if you have food allergies or special diets.
Reception is open 24 hours. During the night the front door is closed, so please ring the bell.
Rooftop-terrace is open from the early morning to the evening during the spring and the summer. In autumn and winter only on request when the weather is fine.
It’s forbidden introduce food & beverage from outside.

Safe: for your belongings. Ask the key at reception (deposit eu. 20,00).
Bar: every day (7:00 am – 2:30 pm; 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm) 
Animals: Pets are not allowed

If you require an invoice, please tell us your company details in advance.
Check out time is until 11 am. You may store your luggage.
Roma capitale City tax (Mod. Del. N. 44 del 24-07-2014)is not included in your room rate (eu.6,00 per person per night). It must be paid mandatorily in cash.
Late check-out is possible for fee only upon availability.

VISIT
If you’re thinking of doing a tour, we can help you with that as well. The private tour will be on a nice sedan car with a driver who will also be your guide. He will bring you to the main attractions around the city or wherever you will request.
The price is EUR 50,00 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours, it’s a very good option for the last day of your stay, so you can optimise and see what you still haven’t.
We can offer also group tours as well, with or without the pick up at the hotel.
